The audit fee reduces your chosen package's setup 1:1. If you proceed with implementation, the audit was effectively free. If you don't — you keep the process map, ROI and roadmap, which you can execute with anyone.

Then we say so plainly and don't sell you an implementation. And if we can't find at least 10 hours a week to recover — the audit is free. That's our guarantee, no asterisks.
How long does the audit take?
It depends on the number of processes and your team's availability — we set the exact schedule during the free diagnosis. The report ends with a confirmed implementation date, not a promise.
What do we need to prepare?
Access to 2–3 people who know the processes inside out, plus sample documents (emails, invoices, reports). At the audit stage we don't need access to your systems.
Is the audit safe for our data (GDPR)?
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement, processing happens in the EU, and the analysis uses document samples you choose yourself.
How exactly does the setup credit work?
Simple: you paid PLN 2,500 for the audit and choose the STARTER package (PLN 4,900 setup)? You pay PLN 2,400. The credit works 1:1 with every package.
